Today was the day the charity cafe took place. Charity cafe is some event where Year 1 pupils cook food and sell them to earn money for charity. My group of ten pupils sold fishballs, nuggets, chicken cocktails and potato wedges. Didn't sell much for the first hour but business became better afterwards. Earned $100. Haha. Also, we used another group's oven, and then there were fries ON the nichrome wire, so after a while, the fries caught fire... ... On the downside, I got burnt by an oven twice on the same spot of the same finger. Ow.
After school, I was selected to swim for my class in an inter-class swimming competition along with other pupils, two of which are swimmers and one from water polo CCA. Well, we managed to get the fourth position out of the year 1 classes, but we will only get into the finals on Saturday if we are among the top 8 of the Year 1 to Year 4 cohort. Hell, that's something quite hard to achieve.
So... ... Quite hard to admit it, but today's a good day indeed.
