Well, today was a somewhat stressful day. And tomorrow too.
So, I had to do my math, type out a research report for the school, send a copy of my survey to my friend for printing, and later to come up with some sentences about my mum. Hell.
Next day. Youth Day Celebration. How is it a youth day celebration tomorrow with me having to wear casual clothes there (feels awkward) and me having to report to school damn early just to collect an envelope for the class to put in money for donations? And then I'll have to collect tokens for my class as well. Hell.
Today was made worse in the morning when I figured out I didn't bring my thermometer. Luck was on my side, and the teacher did not know I did not bring a thermometer and therefore I did not take my temperature. Hell. If you were to tell the teacher you don't have a thermometer, you need to buy one. I wouldn't waste money buying another one.
And then my eyes felt warm, I felt freaking sleepy. Last time I had these symptoms, I went to the school nurse, and realised I had a fever. Insisted on not going home. Later I made the mistake of eating rice. Mum said it increases your body temperature. So the nurse called my dad. I was sent home. So today I thought I was sick. But I couldn't tell. I did not have any thermometer. Luckily I felt better the next day.
And tomorrow. My chinese teacher told us to describe my mum in front of the class. In chinese. I'm doomed. But she will choose a person to describe that person's mum. Hell. Last time my new music teacher wanted one of us to rap together with an audio track. She chose a register number. I prayed hard she didn't call my register number. But she did. Hell.
I'd guess Daniel Powter's right. I did have a bad day.
Darrell Tay. 16. Chinese Singaporean. Normal, ordinary guy. Covered by shadows casted by others. Loves my guitar, heavy metal and darkness. Or rather, I've been used to it. You can probably find photos in the archives, but I take no responsibility if your computer screen's damaged. :)
